About

We are going to provide you with 30 days of aerobic exercises, instructions on how to perform them, and the number of reps or time frame for doing them. At the end of each week, we will take the movements presented over those seven days and combine them into an AMRAP (as many rounds as possible). We know that everyone's time is extremely valuable and therefore, none of these challenges will take more than 45 minutes to complete (with the vast majority taking 30 minutes).
